Help identifying the model of Rayburn you own

 

 

Rayburn No. 1

This Rayburn was the 1st generation of Rayburn Cooker (produced 1946-1958), the Rayburn No. 1 has only 1 oven that will be on either the left or right hand side. The age of the No. 1 Rayburn can be identified by what grate your Rayburn has, if your Rayburn has a round riddling wheel you have a new pattern Rayburn No. 1 and if your Rayburn has a flat grate you have a old pattern Rayburn No. 1 The Rayburn No. 1 was also available with interlocking doors and did not have a lid to cover the hot plate.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rayburn No. 2

(Produced in 1940-1950) This Rayburn has 2 ovens that will be on either the left or right hand side. The age of the No. 2 Rayburn can be identified by the fire door and the ash pit door, if the fire door and ash pit door interlock you have a new pattern Rayburn No. 2 and if the fire door and the ash pit door open independently you have an old pattern Rayburn No. 2. The Rayburn No. 2 was also available with a plate rack and splash back. The Rayburn No. 2 has a flat grate and did not have a lid to cover the hot plate.

 

 

 

 

 


 

Rayburn No. 3

(Produced in 1950-1958) This Rayburn has 2 ovens that will be on either the left or right hand side. The Rayburn No. 3 has a round riddling wheel interlocking ash pit doors, a plate rack and splash back option and 1 lid covering the hot plate.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rayburn Regent

(Produced in 1958-1990's) This Rayburn has 1 oven that will be on either the left or right hand side. The Rayburn Regent has a round riddling wheel interlocking ash pit doors, a plate rack and splash back option and 1 lid covering the hot plate. The early model Rayburn Regent had vertical door handles and during the 1970's the door handles were made horizontal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rayburn Royal (212S / 212SFW)

(Produced in 1958-current day) This Rayburn has 2 ovens that will be on either the left or right hand side. The Rayburn Royal has a round riddling wheel interlocking ash pit doors, a plate rack and splash back option and originally had 1 lid covering the hot plate in 1968 the option of 2 lids to cover the hot plate was made available and in the 1990s chrome plated lids were available. The early model Rayburn Royal had vertical door handles and during the 1970's the door handles were made horizontal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rayburn Royal MF (216M / 216SFW)

(Produced in 1979-current day) This Rayburn has 2 ovens that will be on either the left or right hand side. The Rayburn Royal MF has 7 individual l grate bars, interlocking ash pit doors a splash back option, 2 lids covering the hot plate and in the 1990s chrome plated lids were available.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rayburn Supreme / Nouvelle (355SFW, 345SFW)

(Produced in 1980-current day) This Rayburn has 2 ovens that will be on the right hand side. The Rayburn Supreme / Nouvelle has 11 individual grate bars, interlocking ash pit doors, 2 lids covering the hot plate and chrome plated lids were available.
