All orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days however some enamelled items can take upto 3-4 weeks.

If your order is urgent then please let us know.

For stock items that are not personalised you have 14 days to return the item for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

On the rare occasion that an item is faulty or incorrect when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put this right.
